When will I receive my order?
We process and deliver all orders within 7–10 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not been shipped yet.
Once the order is prepared or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
What is your Exchange & Return Policy?
Exchange Policy
At Taraf, every piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality.
We do not accept returns, however we offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
- If the issue is a manufacturing defect or an error from our side, we will cover all exchange shipping costs.
- If the issue is due to the customer (wrong size or color selected), you may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the order, provided the item is unused and undamaged.
- Exchanges are processed within up to 14 business days from approval.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs in case of an exchange due to their own selection.
