Exchange Policy

At Taraf, each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality. We do not accept returns, but exchanges only are available under the following conditions:

·        If there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will cover all exchange shipping costs.

·        If the issue is due to customer error (incorrect size or color), an exchange may be requested within 24 hours of receiving the order, provided the item is undamaged.

·        Exchanges are completed within up to 14 business days from approval.

·        The customer bears all shipping costs (both ways) for exchanges due to their own error.
